The hotel offers spacious rooms that are not the best in terms of cleanliness but provide a view of the Haram. The location is excellent for visiting the Haram and offers a quick and diverse in-room breakfast service. However, the service lacks manners and can be exploitative, making arrangements without consent and asking for additional payments.

The hotel rooms were small, crowded, not ready, and not clean; however, they offered a view of the Masjid, even though it was somewhat obstructed by grills. The service was lacking in customer care but did include some complimentary services. The location was incredibly close to important sites in Madina, though there were challenges with Wi-Fi. The dining experience had some variety but needed improvement.

The hotel had a fantastic location near the central Madinah, very close to the women's entrance of the mosque. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely quick to respond to our needs, especially at the front desk. Despite some noise from staff movements outside, and disappointing dining options given the pricey rooms, the value for money was evident being so near to the various essentials and gates for women. I thank the Duty Manager Osama and all supporting staff for their cooperation. The presence of multiple things close by was a major plus, although noise could be an issue and breakfast could have been more varied.
